Heat X (Fat burner):
Take one 1 capsule in the morning.
Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24-hour period. Use for no longer than 8 weeks straight, followed by an off period of at least 2 weeks before resuming use.
*If you are sensitive to caffeine, do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
Perform (Pre-workout):
Start with one scoop and assess your tolerance. Mix it with 6–8 oz. of water and consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed two scoops per day.
Pro-X (Protein powder):
Mix 1 scoop of delicious chocolate powder with 8 - 16 ounces of cold water and consume after your workout. You can also have an extra scoop prior to bedtime or between meals when you are hungry.
Night-X (Sleep & recovery formula):
